Brian Kilgore

Brian brings over twenty-two years of extensive trial experience to the firm, providing clients with seasoned legal insight and a strong courtroom presence. He earned his undergraduate degree in Finance from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, equipping him with a solid foundation in business and analytical thinking, before going on to graduate from the Cumberland School of Law, where he developed his passion for advocacy and litigation.

Throughout his career, Brian has handled a wide range of complex cases, earning a reputation for his strategic approach, attention to detail, and commitment to achieving favorable outcomes for his clients. He is known for his professionalism, dedication, and ability to navigate high-pressure legal situations with confidence and precision.

Outside of his legal work, Brian resides in Leeds, Alabama, where he is a devoted father to his son, Alex Kilgore, who is currently a freshman at Auburn University. He takes great pride in balancing his professional career with his role as a parent, and values the importance of family, mentorship, and community involvement.
